Featured work of cinematographer Jake Swantko will be found at Sundance 2017′ Film Festival in the documentary ‘ICARUS’.

JAKE SWANTKO IS AN AMERICAN DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMMAKER BASED IN NEW YORK CITY. HE GRADUATED FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF OREGON WITH A B.A. IN JOURNALISM AND COMMUNICATION.

THIS IS HIS SECOND FILM AT SUNDANCE AS DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY.

AS A CINEMATOGRAPHER HE HAS WORKED ON A NUMBER OF FILMS, SHOOTING FOR ASSOCIATED PRESS, ESPN, HBO DOCUMENTARY FILMS, NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC TELEVISION, NIKE, PASSION PICTURES, PBS FRONTLINE, AND TIME MAGAZINE.

ICARUS filmmaking team used the following equipment.

Canon Cinema EOS C300 Mark II, Canon Cinema EOS 100 Mark II, and the Canon EOS 5D Mark II.
